Interior Services

Drop Cloths & Tape. 

 All of the surfaces and furniture to be worked around will be protected with canvas or plastic dropcloths.

Additionally, tape will be used to protect any areas where dropcloths would be impractical.

Caulking & Filling.  

Any nick or ding in a wall smaller than a dime will be filled prior to painting.

Cracks in walls will also be filled prior to painting. We will caulk around baseboards and trim as needed.

Painting! 

As you can see, painting doesn't even begin until we have done a thorough prep job.

At this point, painting can proceed using the best quality paints and applicators.

Daily Cleaning. 

On multi-day jobs, we make sure to pack-up and pick up at the end of the day.

Final Inspection. 

Before the crew packs up their equipment, we do a final walk- around to ensure all contracted areas

are painted properly.

Exterior Service

Investing in a quality exterior paint job can mean the difference between painting

every few years or a paint job that will far out last an inferior one.

Clean and Pressure Wash
All surfaces to be painted will be thoroughly pressure-washed or cleaned. This step helps new paint to

adhere to the existing surface, and removes pollutants and dirt. Mildew will be treated and killed.

Tape and Tarp
All areas around the home, including shrubs, landscaping, etc. will be protected from start

to finish by drop cloths or poly plastic. Windows, brick and light fixtures will be masked

off to prevent paint from damaging these areas.

Scrape and Prime
Loose paint will be scraped. Smoothing may be necessary for maintenance or cosmetic consideration.

Primer will be applied to all bare wood and metal to assure proper adhesions of new paint.

This step helps further peeling.

Caulk and Fill
Loose caulking will be removed and replaced. Open gaps will be filled with new caulking to prevent rain water from penetrating below the surface. Loose nail holes will be re-set and reputtied as necessary.

Application of Paint
Only quality materials will be used. Application will consist of either (1) spraying or (2) brushing or

(3) a combination of both, as agreed upon before starting the job.

Clean Up Protocol
Work area will be kept neat and the job conducted in a professional manner by skilled crafts people who are polite, friendly and work efficiently. New excess paint will be removed from windows.

Leftover touch-up paint will be labeled and left for your future convenience.

Final Walk Through
Walk through with the owner to make sure the job was done according to our

customer satisfaction guarantee. We will make any final touch ups.
